We are looking for a highly motivated individual who will be responsible for the coordination, implementation, execution, and end-to-end reporting of specific programs ensuring consistency with company strategy, commitments, and goals. This individual will lead a team of program managers and oversee specific work streams to ensure flawless execution for our client. The Team Lead will be responsible for keeping all team projects and program managers on track, while continually improving program execution and operationalizing program strategy to drive growth.
Program Management will include timely, proactive communications, program manager capacity scope and reporting to key stakeholders regarding program status, performance, and optimizations. This individual will maintain strong relationships and strategic, proactive collaboration with multiple stakeholder groups. The ideal candidate has a passion for technology and people leadership and must have the ability to approach complex business scenarios with creativity, resourcefulness, and professionalism.
• Core liaison to day-to-day client engagement, weekly synch meetings, and escalations
• Successful program manager hiring and onboarding
• Ongoing performance management, coaching, and development of team members
• Program scope management, capacity, and assignment of key actions
• Proactively monitors and guides program reporting, insights, learnings, and optimizations
• Provide daily support to team members to ensure deadlines are achieved

• Bachelor’s degree or higher
• 3-5 years management experience leading a successful team of professionals in a fast-paced environment. Experience in Cloud/SaaS environments a plus
• Understanding of connected sales and marketing motions, and ability to collaborate across groups in marketing, sales, partner etc.
• Successful record of scope and implementation of complex enterprise projects through Project Management Life Cycle in various areas. PMP certification a plus
• Ability to develop execution plans, prioritize deliverables, manage teams across multiple projects effectively, and drive them to completion with a focus on producing measurable results
• Exceptional presentation, verbal, and written communication skills
• Proven experience in strategic planning, change management, and conflict resolution
• Passion for Excellence and attention to detail
